The Awwly storefront is operated by Elevate Alpha Limited (“Awwly”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Product images and previews are a guide. Printed colours and finishes can vary slightly from what you see on screen.

You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, photos and other personalisation before you pay. We produce cards from the content you approve in the preview/checkout flow.

You must only upload content you have the right to use. We may refuse or cancel orders that include unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order (usually by email) and process payment successfully. Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Postage is shown at checkout.

Printed orders are prepared after checkout and may be reviewed before dispatch. Delivery estimates depend on the postage option you choose and the carrier. See Shipping & delivery.

Digital products are delivered electronically rather than by post.

Personalised goods made to your specification are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation once production has started. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Returns & refunds policy and your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or for delays caused by incorrect addresses or events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers also keep any mandatory protections of the country where they live, where applicable.
